NDA (National Defence Academy)

TES (Technical Entry Scheme) – Engineering Graduates (Army)

Agniveer (Army Enlistment Scheme for Soldiers)
- Route: Agniveer is the enlisted soldier recruitment under the Agnipath scheme (started 2022) for all three services. - मार्ग: अग्निपथ योजना (2022 से) के तहत अग्निवीर भर्ती होती है। इसमें सेना में विभिन्न सैनिक पदों पर चार वर्ष की अवधि के लिए भर्ती किया जाता है। मुख्य श्रेणियाँ हैं: अग्निवीर (जनरल ड्यूटी) – लड़ाकू (इन्फैंट्री, तोपखाना, आर्मर्ड आदि); अग्निवीर (टेक्निकल/ट्रेड्स) – तकनीकी नौकरियाँ (इंजीनियरिंग, सिग्नल, आईटी, मैकेनिक आदि) और क्लर्क/स्टोरकीपर तकनीकल – प्रशासनिक पद।
- पात्रता: केवल पुरुष भारतीय नागरिक, आयु 17½–21 वर्ष। (महिलाएं अभी इस योजना में नहीं हैं; भविष्य में शामिल हो सकती हैं।) शैक्षिक योग्यता श्रेणी के अनुसार: सामान्य ड्यूटी के लिए 10वीं पास, तकनीकी पदों के लिए 12वीं (PCM) पास, क्लर्क/स्टोरकीपर के लिए 12वीं (किसी स्ट्रीम) पास आदि। उदाहरण: Agniveer GD – 10वीं में 45%; Agniveer Technical – 12वीं PCM में 50%। अविवाहित होने पर विचार।
- चयन प्रक्रिया: सेना भर्ती कार्यालय (ARO) द्वारा रैली के माध्यम से भर्ती होती है। अभ्यर्थी सर्वप्रथम कॉमन एंट्रेंस एग्ज़ाम (CEE) देते हैं (माध्यमिक स्तर के गणित, सामान्य ज्ञान वाले लिखित प्रश्न). कुछ श्रेणियों में केवल शारीरिक और ट्रेड टेस्ट होते हैं। एनसीसी ‘B’ प्रमाणपत्र पर CEE में 10 अंक की बोनस मिलती है। इसके बाद सबको शारीरिक मानदंड (ऊंचाई, वजन), शारीरिक दक्षता (दौड़, लंबी कूद, पुश-अप) और मेडिकल टेस्ट पास करना होता है। अंतिम मेरिट CEE + PST के आधार पर तैयार होती है।
- भूमिकाएँ: Agniveer GD सैनिक विशेष रूप से लड़ाकू ब्रांच (पैदल सेना, तोपखाना, बख्तरबंद आदि) में जाते हैं। Agniveer Technical पद इंजीनियरिंग, सिग्नल्स, संचार, वाहन मरम्मत आदि तकनीकी कोर में होते हैं। Agniveer क्लर्क/स्टोरकीपर प्रशासनिक कार्य (कार्यालयीन काम) संभालते हैं। Agniveer ट्रेड्समेन (ड्राइवर, रसोइया, हेल्थ असिस्टेंट, आदि) सहायक सेवाएँ देते हैं। चार वर्ष की सेवा के बाद आधे चयनित (लगभग 25%) स्थायी सेना में शामिल होते हैं।
- तैयारी टिप्स: पढ़ाई: CEE के लिए 10वीं/12वीं स्तर का गणित (बीजगणित, ज्यामिति), अंग्रेजी और सामान्य ज्ञान अभ्यास करें। उपलब्ध मॉडल पेपर और पिछले परीक्षा पत्र हल करें। शारीरिक: फिटनेस पर विशेष जोर दें – रोज दौड़ (4-5 किमी), दौड़ने की गति बढ़ाएं, पुश-अप और सिट-अप रोज करें। ट्रेनिंग ड्रिल और एक्सरसाइज भी सीखें। मेडिकल: दृष्टि (नेत्र) एवं शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य ठीक रखें। मेडिकल मानदंड (जैसे दृष्टि, कानों की सुनने की क्षमता, कोई गंभीर बीमारी नहीं) की जानकारी रखें और अपने आप को फिट रखें।
